You have two options for activating your card and know your PIN:
From any phone via our Voice Server
Call 00.44.203.468.4112 or 00.44.207.183.2248.Enter your 16-digit card number and date of birth you indicated during registration process. Once those informations are entered correctly you will hear your PIN.
Send a text message (SMS) from phone number you indicated into order form
Send the following text message to +33.6.500.63.000 from your mobile phone associated with your account: the word 'PIN' followed by the last 8 digits of your prepaid Veritas.For example if the card number is 5304 46039001 8001, send the following message : PIN 9 0 0 1 8 0 0 1.If you change your phone number or have indicated a wrong phone number during registration, send an email to supportclients@cardveritas.com with a copy of your ID and the mobile phone number you want to associate your card. Your PIN is confidential, do not share it.
You can use your prepaid VERITAS Mastercard for shopping online and at 36 Million point of sales and ATM worldwide.For loading your card, choose a load channel from your client access.
